TIPS BEFORE YOUR DAY TRIP TO CHAMPAGNE

Wine cellars are usually quite cold and damp (45 °F / 10 °C): do not forget to bring warm clothes with you.

Some visits include a lot of stairs and no elevator to access the underground galleries.
Please note that the schedule and the wineries visited are subject to minor changes depending on the season and on supplier availability.

Cancellations

We offer complete refunds for cancellations notified at least 2 weeks before the date of the event. Within 14 to 3 days' notice, the cancellation fee amounts to 50% of the total amount paid. Within 3 to 0 days of the date of your tasting or tour, the cancellation fee amounts to 100% of the total amount paid.
