Olivier Cazenave Saint-Émilion Grand Cru
Aromas of fresh red fruits such as raspberries and cherries. Round, delicious and generous, with a nice texture and elegant tannins.
About the estate
The Olivier Cazenave Vineyards bring together a number of vines and estates within the same entity. These properties are all located on the right bank of the Garonne, near Libourne. It was in 2003 that Olivier Cazenave realized his dream with his wife : becoming a winemaker and took over the 7 ha of Château de Bel in Arveyres. The name “Bel” comes from the imaginary language of “gabarriers”, navigators on the Dordogne, who, according to their accounts and at the level of this property, said of the Dordogne that it “flowed from beautiful”. Olivier Cazenave has the same ambition for all his wines: fruit, crunchiness, roundness, in short, immediate pleasure while guaranteeing a real aptitude for aging.
