About the estate
Louis and Catherine are a couple : a couple in life, a couple in the vineyard. Chablis as a backdrop, Chardonnay as a backdrop and terroir as a common thread. Theses winegrowers, located in the north of Burgundy, have endless stories to tell. The domaine Poitout nowadays produce very pure clean wines out of chardonnay blending tradion and modernity.
