ABOUT THE ESTATE
Based in Bouzy for over 200 years, the Pierre Paillard estate is now run by two brothers, Antoine and Quentin. From the vine to the winery, the family stands out in the Champagne-maker landscape by rejecting the use of chemicals and by selecting low-yield varietals, which results in ripe and flavorful grapes. In the winery, Antoine and Quentin also limits their intervention on the wine, in order to preserve the natural characters of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay.
