The nose shows aromas of citrus and jammy white fruits. This is a dry Riesling, with a nice structure, quite mineral ans complex with body and roundness.
ABOUT THE ESTATE
The vineyard of Jean-Louis and Fabienne Mann is located in Eguisheim, in the heart of the Alsace wineland, about 7 kilometers south of the city of Colmar. The estate currently grows 30 acres of vines and produces about 45.000 bottles a year. They have been certified organic wine since the vintage 2008. Ten years ago, Sébastien Mann, one of the three children of Jean-Louis and Fabienne, started to take over the production with a new approach. His signature now clearly appears in the style of the wines.
