Pinot Noir
The nose shows aromas of small red fruits, spices, and mud. In the mouth, we find these acidic little red fruits again. The tannins are very fine and not too present. The wine is smooth and fresh. The spices are present too. The finish is long and fresh.
A PROPOS DU DOMAINE
The two brothers Ludovic and Emilien became partners in 2006. They progressively took over the running of the vineyard located in Hautes Côtes de Beaune, thus continuing their parents’ work. After making their four first vintages at the family farm in Bonnencontre, they finally got an opportunity to settle in a winery in the heart of the vineyard in Saint Aubin. Their goal is to faithfully transpose the influence of terroir in the wine, by respecting the vines and their soil. They are vinifying the most naturally possible, without sulfites or any other product.
