ABOUT THE ESTATE
The Bobinet domain is Emeline and Sébastien: two intersecting lives and the personalities who come together to blend skills and experiences. Sébastien grew up in contact of wine. Since the age of seven, he accompanied his grandfather in the vineyard and cellar to assist him. After a first part of career as a glassmaker, he took over the family estate in Saumur. Sébastien Bobinet has to fight tenaciously to gain acceptance for his way of seeing things, but he ended up gaining the recognition of the Elder thanks to his hard work. Before making wine, Emeline was a professional dancer. Following an injury, she chose the world of wine. She then trainned as asommelier University of Wine of Suze-La-Rousse. Once she acheived to be a sommelier-consultant she returned to Paris. Today the ideal which Sébastien and Emeline aspire to strive for is “To produce without destroying the living and without harming man with the simplest and healthiest means”.
